What is Tixio Board for?

Tixio board is a place for you to centralize your online tools and links. You can start your workday with productivity if you don't need to look around the browser to find links and stuff you need to get the work done.

Collect them on one board and organize your way to improve efficiency. Also, share the essential links, notes, and checklists with coworkers by sharing the board with them. Create unique dashboards for teams in no time!

With Tixio you can create single or multiple boards in your workspace. You can also track board activities, style your board, and beautify it with custom colors or backgrounds.

1. Go to Tixio Board by clicking the first button from the leftmost black bar.
2. Then click on Create new board button.
3. Click Create a board to start with a board or create a folder to start with a folder.
4. Once a new board is created you'll see widget options on top of them to choose from.

Click on any widget from the middle of the board to get started. Once you have added your first widget, you can add other widgets from the toolbar.

• Bookmark: Save your important links and create collections. Perfect for people dealing with a lot of websites and tools everyday. So you spend less time searching for links and spend more time on work.Save them into collections and kick-start working by opening them altogether.
• Notes: Add quick notes from meeting, reminder texts or quick announcements to board members with notes.
• Checklist: Keep track of quick tasks with checklists. See how many of them you can get done within time.
• To-do: Assign tasks and deadlines to yourself or other people with simple to-do. It’s a simpler version of task management right in your board.
• Calendar: Track events from calendars with calendar widget. Connect to your calendar accounts to see the events in line.
• Embed Webpage: Navigate your favourite websites right inside your board, without having to switch. Scroll and interact with websites from one place.
• RSS Feed: Get daily update of what’s happening around the world with RSS feed. So you get less distracted by websites and get the exact piece of information you need.
• Sticky note: Add cool and catchy sticky notes on your board. Stickies can also be used for important reminders like birthdays, anniversaries or writing down important facts you need to remember/highlight.

Click open the three dot menu from the top right corner of the board and click on appearance.

You can customize the background color of the board. You can either add some pre-made solid colors or select from custom colors. You can also select an image for board background. The image will appear in the background of the board, behind the widgets.

You can select from the our stock images or upload your own image. Your uploaded images will be stored in “My Image” section

Rename board: Every new board comes with a default name "Untitled". Rename the board as you want from the 3-dot menu next to the board name from the sidebar.

Change board colors and icons: Click on the board icon on the left of the board name in the sidebar. Change them into custom colors, emojis, or even images.

Change folder colors: Customize the folder color. Pick from default colors from the box. Or use the color picker where you can drag to colors or put HEX codes.

Open board settings from the top right corner of the app. There you'll see many things you can do with your board.

Add to favorites: You can add the board as a favorite so it always appears on top of the sidebar on your left.

Duplicate board: Duplicate the same board with all its widgets and contents.

Copy link: Copy the unique board URL to share with others.

Save a template: Save the board as a template in your template center as public or private. So next time you don't have to start from scratch

Use a template: Select from a default template from our template center.

Import/Export: This option only applies to bookmarks in the board at this moment. Exporting will give you all bookmarks/links saved in HTML format. Similarly, you can import bookmarks as HTML in a board.

Archive this page: Archive the board page to the archived section. Your archived page will be kept in the container for 30 days after which it will be deleted for good from the workspace. You can restore the board anytime within 30 days time.

Delete this page: Delete the board completely from the workspace with this option. Deletion does not offer you a chance to restore the board or its content.

Member Sharing

Once you're done creating a board, you can share it with others. Hit the share button on the top right corner of the workspace and add the name or email of a member/members to share the board with. You can control how your members interact with the board with access control.

Public sharing

Create a public sharing link from publish and share option. Anyone with the link can access your board in view mode and cannot make any edits or changes to it.

Quick save is another cool feature for Tixio board. Quick save can save your open tabs from browser.. You can instantly save your currently opened links into bookmarks and create a bookmark widget in the board.

Steps:

• Download Tixio Lite Chrome extension to enable quick save.
• Open Quick save from board
• View all open links from your browser
• Click on create widget. It will create a bookmark widget right in your board with those open links.
