Add People
Add people to Tixio HR module to manage their employment and other details.

Steps
- Go to workspace settings
- Select Add-on management from the sidebar
- Click on "Add New Members" button to add member to the add on
Note: Currently, only the workspace owner can add people to the TIXIO HR module and define roles as employees or admins. This is directly connected to the pricing, for each member added to Tixio HR, the add-on pricing will be added to the invoice.
Manage People
Tixio HR helps you centralize and organize employee profiles, team structures, locations, and the overall organizational hierarchy—all in one place!

Manage Contract
Effortlessly create, manage, and track employee contracts with flexibility and precision. Avoid payroll hiccups by linking contracts to accurate leave policies and payout details.
Key Features
- Contract Creation: Add employee details, designation, start and end dates, payout cycles, and currency.
- Leave Policy Integration: Assign relevant policies to ensure consistent management.
- Reminders & Alerts: Never miss contract renewals with automatic notifications.
- Customizable Templates: Tailor contracts to meet regional or role-specific needs.
Steps
- Go to Contracts from the sidebar
- Click on New Contract to create a contract for an employee
- Upload contract document for an employee
- Select employee, add designation
- Add start and end dates
- Add leave policy as per employment
- Click save to save the contract
Note: Only HR admins can create contracts. Prerequisites for contract creation are at least one valid leave type and one leave policy.
Leave Management
Handle all leave-related activities, from requests to policy creation, in one place. Apply, approve or manage leaves of all employees, configure leave types and policies, set work schedule and do a lot more with leave management
My Leaves
Employees can view balances, request leaves, and see histories.
All Leaves
HR admins manage and approve/reject all requests, or log leaves for others.
Leave Calendar
View all holidays and who’s on leave to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Leave Type
Add leave categories for different teams or regions.
Configure leave types
- Go to “Leave management” option from sidebar
- Select Leave type from tabs
- Click on create Add leave type and add leave title and other details.
Note: Without leave types, leave policies and contracts cannot be created.
Leave Policies
Define policies, include multiple leave types, and assign to employees.
Configure Leave policy
Go to leave policy from top tab, Add leave policy name and assign leave days per leave type.
Note: Without leave policy a contract cannot be created
Work Schedule
Import regional public holidays and define workdays for each team. Add work schedule and assign the schedule to selected members.
Before employees can apply for a leave, a work schedule must be assigned to the employee.
Apply for a Leave
- Go to leave management from sidebar
- Click on Apply for leave button
- Select leave type and add date as a range or single selection
- Once you create a leave, it goes for approval to HR admin and supervisor (if assigned)
- You can see your leave approval status and leave balance from homepage
Leave Approval by HR
- HR admin can approve the leave from All leaves tab from top
- HR admin needs to click on the three dot menu next to pending leave to approve/reject.
- If a member has a supervisor, the supervisor can also approve/reject the leave along with the HR admin. But the HR admin will always have the power to finalize a leave approval.
- Once a leave is requested, the HR admin (& the supervisor) will receive an email as well as an in-app notification.
- The employee will also get notified whether the leave is approved or rejected.
- The leave balance for the employee will be updated automatically based on approval status.
Salary Management
Automate payroll by linking salary data directly to employee contracts.

Note: Only the HR admin will be able to see all the employee salaries and the salary logs. Salary logs are generated once a salary is disbursed. From there admin has to check the salary as paid To see one's salary, there must be an active contract first.
